Terms & Conditions

Bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment, Balance is due before or at the time of service, Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, Zelle, Cah or corporate account.

Cancellations must be made more than 48 hours before service date to receive credit, Cancellations within 48 hours will receive a partial credit and any cancelation the day of the ride will be charged the deposit. No-shows or last-minute cancellations: will be charged the full booking rate.

Therew is No smoking, illegal substances, or disorderly conduct allowed in vehicles.

Chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service and cancel the reservation at anytime if passenger behavior is unsafe.

Overtime charges apply if service exceeds scheduled time.

Carson's Limousines and Transportation LLC is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events. Seatbelts must be worn at all times.

Carson's Limousines and Transportation LLC is not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings left in vehicles.

Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.

Cleaning fees apply for spills, stains, or excessive mess.

Cleaning fee of not less than $950 for throw up or vomit in any vehicle
