Refund Policy - the basics

All refunds must be requested in writing within 5 days of service date. All refunds or credits will be made according to the terms and conditions and will be returned in the same manner the payment was made.  All refunds that are made will be initiated within 14 days from the date of service.  All deposit credit must be used within 60 days.
